Where we are
The Locanda is halfway between Rome and Florence, and an easy 90 minute drive (A1 highway) from airports in Rome, Pisa (2.5 hr) and Florence. We are 15 minutes from the city of Chiusi where trains depart for all destinations.

FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE IN FRONT OF THE INN.
MORE PUBLIC PARKING IS AVAILABLE TO THE LEFT BY THE SPORTS FIELD OR TWO BLOCKS AWAY IN FRONT OF THE CHURCH.

From Rome:
- Take the A1 motorway and exit at Fabro.
- Pass the toll booth and turn left, and then left again towards Chiusi, San Casciano.
- When you arrive at a small intersection in Ponticelli (with a gas station and a large warehouse on the left), turn left and follow signs to San Casciano.
- Continue until you enter PIAZZE, our village. Then you pass another gas station on your right, and then drive up the hill to the Piazza Toscanini.
- The hotel is straight ahead. Parking is available at the side of the hotel, or beyond in the main Piazze of the village.
From Florence:
- Take the A1 motorway and exit at Chuisi
- Before reaching Chiusi historic center, turn right for Cetona
- Turn left before reaching Cetona, follow signs for Piazze, San Casciano dei Bagni
- The Locanda will be on your right as you enter the village of Piazze
We can also arrange for guest to be picked up at the airport or train station in Chiusi, where cars can be rented.
The inn is 10 minutes from San Casciano dei Bagni and Cetona, while Orvieto, Todi, Perugia, Pienza, Città della Pieve, Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona, Bagni Vignoni are less than an hour's drive away.
